It is always preferable to plug the entire system into one Qb4 or Qb8, but if the physical separation of the system (for example, sources to one side and amp between the speakers) makes this impossible, then using two Qb units is acceptable. If you use a single Qb placed between the amp and the source components, it is important to space the pre/power interconnects away from the power cords. You can also join one Qb to another by plugging the second one into the Primary Earth socket of the first. I hope you find this usefull.
