請問怎麼烤?是用一般的烤箱?需要能定溫?

我是用那種一般的家用烤箱烤的，原廠說明如下：

Q. I have put too much weight on my VIBRAPOD Isolators or Cones and they are squashed. Is there any way to fix this?
A. Yes. Place the squashed VIBRAPOD Isolators on a flat cookie sheet and bake in an oven at 175° to 200° F ( 80° to 94° C) for at least 20 minutes. Remove from the oven and place in a safe area away from children until they have cooled. You may want to wait several hours for them to return to their normal consistency before putting them back in service.

DO NOT MICROWAVE.

另外關於一邊偏重的問題：
Q. My component is much heavier on one side. How do I use VIBRAPOD Isolators and Cones?
A. Use a combination of Models 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5 VIBRAPOD Isolators placing the Models 3, 4, or 5 VIBRAPOD Isolators under the heaviest area of your component and either the Models 1, 2, or 3 VIBRAPOD Isolators under the lighter areas.

我自己是都用比原廠建議承重在大一號來用，不過那種機器重心差很多的我沒試過。這東西我用在cdp上覺得直接用不耐聽，但用原廠建議的三明治用法效果很好：
