https://github.com/sam0402/ArchQ/issues/8
https://patatorz.com/2024/05/05/dire...mple-appareil/

http://forum-hifi.fr/thread-32971.htmlBut once the file or the directory sent, the musical impression is a major step forward in the direction of transparency. Removing the ALSA layer from the picture is like removing a complete veil. SDK:On the basis of very limited listening so far, I must say I am astonished by the increased realism/ naturalness of sound from this method of reproduction. In the case of a disc of Bach Trio Sonatas for organ (Le Huray version), I could really think of myself being present in that College Chapel and the description of a sound neither typically digital nor analogue (as I read yesterday by @ray-dude in his review of the Taiko Olympus) came to mind (not that I have reason to think my sound might really be like what he is hearing from the Olympus). So despite the rough edges I would certainly encourage anyone with the opportunity and interest to try Diretta and its memory player.
