早前看到一位來自法國的網兄提及 Diretta 系統專用的 MemoryPlay：

原來 MemoryPlay 的獨特之處就是完全繞過了 ALSA，因此聲音非常好：

But once the file or the directory sent, the musical impression is a major step forward in the direction of transparency. Removing the ALSA layer from the picture is like removing a complete veil.

On the basis of very limited listening so far, I must say I am astonished by the increased realism/ naturalness of sound from this method of reproduction. In the case of a disc of Bach Trio Sonatas for organ (Le Huray version), I could really think of myself being present in that College Chapel and the description of a sound neither typically digital nor analogue (as I read yesterday by @ray-dude in his review of the Taiko Olympus) came to mind (not that I have reason to think my sound might really be like what he is hearing from the Olympus). So despite the rough edges I would certainly encourage anyone with the opportunity and interest to try Diretta and its memory player.

既然 sam0402 兄已經準備好 ArchQ Q441 kernel 專用的 driver，不知道有沒有其他網友已經體會到 MemoryPlay 的好處呢？

可惜能夠支援 DirettaTarget 的 distros 不多，暫時只有收費的 GentooPlayer 和 AudioLinux。

假如真的可以把把 AudioLinux 的 kernel 升級到 Q441 也不錯吧？

另外如果有 D441 專用的版本，配上 LiFePO4 電池的話可能會達到某君最近描述的境界，就是更加輕而易舉地被傳送到「異次元」的說，哈哈。
