Detachable headshell:

Made of ca. 40 plies of the same carbon fiber fabrics as the arm wand, it is extremely rigid and light. Using the same material improves the vibration energy transfer from the headshell to the arm wand.

Carbon fiber is conductive, thus making possible to ground the cartridge through the arm wand.

The headshell can be rotated to set azimuth; there is a scale with zero and reference markings to aid in the process. It is possible to remove the headshell and replace it with others of different sizes, geometries and mass to match them to specific cartridges.

A very substantial clamp firmly anchors the headshell to the arm wand and provides rigidity.

For the Customer who so wishes, an option with fixed headshell is available.
