JPLAY v4.3A!

Maintenance release containing fixes for known issues in 4.3:

- hibernate.settings did not work unless settings were updated
- JRiver plugin was cleaning Playing Now playlist: now it will do so only in Hibernate mode
- In some cases (e.g. loading tracks from NAS taking too long) plugins could lose sync with jplay service and 'freeze' requiring manual restart
- On some machines (mainly quad-core) ALAC decoding was not working properly
- On some machines gapless could cause a small tick when loading FLAC & ALAC tracks
- Various small code fixes
