A regular calibration of the Silencer is not required. The system is designed for the permanent use over years without any maintenance or calibration. Therefore Accurion uses very robust materials and selected components, which have been improved over the last decades. The Silencer comes with the ability to go into the so-called “overload mode”. In this mode the Silencer system turns off the active vibration isolation to prevent itself from damage and excessive wear. Whenever the vibration level exceeds the maximum compensation level or the load is higher than the max. capacity, the active isolation is turned off.
