That's an old Rockport Sirus II with speed adjustment. Sirus IIs are "belt driven" rather than the more advance air bearing, direct drive Sirus III.
All Rockport turntables are equipped with floor standing active pneumatic suspension stand to tune out small or large earth movements(earthquakes).
