Thank you all for the kind words. I know my system is nowhere the likes of some of the other systems around here. I find a lot of satisfaction listening to music when I get home from a very long day of work. I do wish I had a dedicated music room, but unfortunately property in Taiwan is WAY too expensive for it!
I do find a lot of faults in my system sound compared with other Rockport+Gryphon systems I've heard. I think the major factor is because I don't have a "shoebox" room. If anyone has suggestions on setting up a system on the long wall (no sidewalls) please feel free to say. Should I remove the TV and get a projector, and put in more diffusion in the center?
In the pictures my speakers are close to the front wall. When I'm listening more seriously I pull them out about another 30cm into the room and also cover the TV and pull the curtains behind me.
Lastly, apologies for typing English here. My computer can't type Chinese.
