Rockport Technologies' Production and Testing





All Rockport Technologies speakers are designed in-house by Payor using a combination of computer-based modeling, acoustical and electrical measuring, and listening. Payor also designs almost all of the speakers' individual parts (including little things like the crossover capacitors!). Listening Impressions at Rockport Technologies





We did more listening at Rockport Technologies than at any other company we've toured before, which was partly due to the quality of Rockport's fabulous listening room, but mostly to do with Andy Payor wanting to show off his speakers in the way they matter the most to him -- playing music. 我和何兄都算是很願意公開的人,但難免還是有遺漏之處,就請多包涵.
其實這類資訊在國內外的專業音響雜誌多少都一定有討論到,只是零零散散是要花些精神和時間去消化並理解!!
另外,有些不可改變的法則是必須一定要做的.
例如:喇叭的背牆若是落地窗,那即使多會調教VTA或針壓等秘技,聲音說會好聽也是自欺欺人.
空間,除了造型,用料不能造成共振也更是重要,有玻璃之類的窗戶或落地窗,在音響室原本就不應該存在的.
如果情況許可,既是專用音響室,建議amy.adon兄不妨考慮將1/5窗戶封板,改採空氣交換機.


"音響論壇"這本音響雜誌談論過很多相關的文章,只是很多人認為是商業文章不肖罷了!!
其實有些商業文章還是有其可取之處,建議不妨上網搜詢,一定有收穫.

就可以應用在落地窗上，德國國會的為了讓民眾參觀並觀看國會議員開會的狀況，就使用玻璃作為建材，

結果反射造成回音，最後用的就是微穿孔板解決這部份的問題！

很多車上的排氣管也是利用他的理論降低排氣的聲浪，而不用再像以前一樣用吸音綿吸音。

只是,對我個人來說,就算能用其他方式解決落地窗的問題,我個人仍只會採取封板.
原因只是單純的喜歡對稱+密閉式的空間!!
我個人不喜歡音響室有透光!!
