昨天去一位多年沒見的同事新家參觀，哈！他竟然在玩手搖 HMV 78轉蟲膠唱片留聲機，非常有意思。
完全不插電手搖上發條，78 轉 姚莉 的 Rose Rose I Love You 蟲膠唱片，用鋼針唱針，唱完一面約四分鐘就要換ㄧ隻。
一甲子以上的蟲膠唱片，還能清楚的分辨各種樂器的音色，雖沒能要求聲音品質，卻是好玩！

為了協助好友建構新居音響室，在瑞典 SMT 聲學處理公司老闆 Mr. Matts Odemalm 引見下，有機會去拜訪了在台北的第二間 SMT 公司設計第三階 (最高階) 聲學處理音響室，也認識了音響室主人 - 在國際知名顧問公司的歐籍高階主管，他說：在台北，沒有任何音響發燒朋友，或許以後有機會可以在地多交流。
就先以幾張照片分享他的音響成就：
雖然 Magico Q1 是一對書架喇叭，低頻延伸用在聽自然發聲樂器，綽綽有餘！中性、乾淨、透明、平衡。
In order to help my friend to build an audio room in his new house. Under Mr. Matts Odemalm’s referral the owner SMT Swedish company, we visited the 2nd SMT designed audio room in Taipei, it’s a level 3 (highest grade) acoustic treated room, the owner of the audio room is an European who is senior management of an international consultation company, he said: I don't know any of them in Taipei, always nice to meet fellow audiophiles!
Just uses following few pictures to show the achievement of the owner.
Given Magico Q1 is a pair of shelf speakers, bass extension for acoustic instrument is quite sufficient! Neutrality, Clarity, Transparency and Balancing can describe my listening experience.

SMT 公司設計第三階 (最高階) 聲學處理尤其著重於 20 ~ 200Hz, 低、中低頻的能量管理，這間音響室的空間約有 30% 被用來安裝低頻陷阱及擴散材料，整個空間六面被 “盒中盒” 的方式聲學處理過，完全與外界隔離！20 ~ 200 Hz 控制在 +- 2dB, 殘響控制在 0.2 ~ 0.3 秒，寂靜又好聲的空間，其實主人是準備放 Magico 的旗艦神器 Ultimate (身高 2.6M)，牆角（也是底頻陷阱）的凹陷處是用來容納 Magico Utimate 的號角尾部。
SMT’s level 3 (highest grade) acoustic treatment is focusing on 20 ~ 200Hz bass and mid-bass energy management, ~30% of this room is used to install the bass traps and diffusors, 6 surfaces of the room is a “box-in-box” design, totally isolated from external environment. 20~200Hz bass and mid-bass frequency response is controlled within +/- 2dB and reverberation is in the range of 0.2~0.3 second, a very silent and good sounding room. In fact, the owner planned to put the Magico flagship - Ultimate (Height 2.6M) into the room, so that, the hollow part in the conner (also a bass trap) to house the tail of the horn.
