The Linear 7 High Definition digital music interface contains audio coding and decoding software that can process 24Bit/192KHz high bit rate digital master tape audio streams at very high speeds and supports the decoding output of all types of digital audio formats, such as (WAV//WMA/ APE/FLAC/ALAC/ACC ). In the future, through firmware upgrading, the device will support even more audio formats.

The linear 7 adopts the specialized 32-bit high-performance embedded multi-media processor CPU, multimedia DSP chip solution and the reference clock system of the industrial-class digital phase-locked loop (DPLL) system, effectively reducing clock jitter in transmission of digital audio signals so as to achieve an ultra-low jitter index.
The Linear 7 has an LCD display with a touch screen allowing the user simple operation. The screen can display the artist's name/internet radio station information and the sampling rate. It also includes an easy to use high quality fully functioning remote control.

The newly designed Consonance Linear 8 Decoder is more than simply a new product, it is also a new concept in audio enjoyment. The heart of the linear 8 is the PCM1792 24-Bit chip running at a 192kHz sampling rate. Our decoder uses the Transceiver has a low jitter analog PLL, and a PLL lock range from 32khz to 192khz .
There are 4 selectable digital inputs on the rear panel consisting of a coaxial RCA, AES, Toslink and an antenna for digital USB computer input. The basic signals are displayed through the front panel meter. This meter will also indicate when the signal is locked in.
The Linear 8 has a wireless USB 2.4G ISM license free band, adaptive frequency hopping random ID pairing and non-compressed 48k/16bit sampling. This wireless system is like a secondary music system that will compliment your existing main setup. It can be operated at a considerable distance (up to 25m) from your primary system, there are no bothersome cables. Your computer can be used as a main source of your music playback allowing you more freedom and worry free operation in your musical enjoyment.
The Linear 8 includes a hi-end headphone amplifier, 32ohm to 600ohm.
Its size is unobtrusive so it can be positioned anywhere, and it has a very user friendly interface.

是穩定的問題，測的速度不是看規格的，另外我說的規格戰指的是檔案、介面的規格，我目前看Apple就非常想主導檔案的型態、規格，MP3是一定不夠用，不好用的，但是這塊市場很大，很多大的公司都想指自己的發展方向當主導，沒那麼容易一下子就固定下來引用:

何況目前規格還是有幾個，我看要打到剩下一個
以介面來說1394穩定度比USB好，但是USB目前最多人用，今年底到明年電腦的USB3.0就會開戰了(Solution部分，目前主機板的部分，由ASUS的子公司和VIA目前進度領先，但是最穩的還是NEC，但是NEC沒有成本優勢，不太可能呈為主流)
APE明顯的不是主流，WAV是錄音室早就在用的格式，AIFF則是MAC系統無損主流
1394也是錄音室早在用
USB也因為最多人用，High End才會花心思去改寫得到好聲音
Audio要看到USB 3.0，一來沒有大大必要，二來可能要慢慢等
以規格，前述所說的已足High End使用

什麼東西如果沒有需要，都可以慢慢等
就像買電腦一樣的道理....
但是以目前各家唱片公司目前的經營狀況來看，走向網路檔案的方式恐怕是對唱片公司有必要，但是新的經營方式（可收到錢又不被盜版）看來還沒辦法形成，所以目前看來CD還會是主流，個人的看法是商業模式解決後，大概進場的時機就不遠了

hiFace 進化版
USB-to-S/PDIF interface, based on the same technology as hiFace, but with many improvements. Hosted in a stylish brushed aluminum case (105 x 100 x 46mm), with B-type female USB connector.

Some customers complained because of the lack of sampling frequency encoding in the S/PDIF stream of the present hiFace. The new model will have this fixed, for full compliance with the standard.
All outputs (except I2S) are transformer-decoupled to avoid ground noise and EMI interference. Three LED's indicate power, data stream in input and external clock presence.

I know you have been expecting this release for a long time. We were waiting for OSX version 10.6.4 to be released as there were some issues with previous releases. Apple has released 10.6.4 and so we are ready to release the WaveLink product. Since Windows does not support Class 2 USB Audio we had to get a driver capable of working with our product. We therefore have the Thesycon USB Class 2 Audio driver available for our products. All of the new setup is covered in the 24/192 page.
While this will not bring legacy DACS up to the asynchronous capabilities of direct USB connectivity it will do a lot for those people wanting to connect their SPDIF dacs to computers. Since the clock in all transports are changing the SPDIF output also has to change and this is used to control the flow of audio data between a transport and dac. With the WaveLink the clock is fixed and therefore the SPDIF is fixed and this makes the receiver section of any SPDIF connected device to work really well because the internal PLL (Phase Lock Loop) that derives the Audio DATA stream connects at one frequency, locks on and stays there.
This means that the WaveLink has significantly better jitter capabilities than most transports. It also has rates available and shown with LED's for all the popular audio frequencies (44.1, 48, 88.2, 96, 176.4 and 192KHz). The WaveLink is shipped with a BNC connector for the best response and is shipped with a suitable BNC-BNC SPDIF cable and with a mating BNC->RCA adapter if your dac requires this. A high grade USB 2.0 High Speed cable is also included with each WaveLink.

為什麼對USB絕望呢? 要去聽USB接DCS的機器喔! 在DCS上拿它的USB輸入比較它上面的其他輸入，您可能就會有別的想法，可能是別人不行而不是USB不行。
