The amplifier modules are based on the Hypex Ncore1200 engineered by Merrill Audio with attention to detail, LITZ wires, Synergistic Research Tunneling Fuses, Cardas Rhodium plated speaker posts and silver audio pins.

Purest Litz copper wire from Cardas is used to give clear, smooth frequency response and sound. Power custom was custom developed with Triode Wire Labs to provide the fastest speed and best soundstage.

The large billet aluminum chassis has isolated chambers for the power supply and amplifier boards and well as separated by distance for the lowest noise and best sound stage. Patented speaker posts are spaced for easy use with large speaker cables.

  Any equipment is eligible as long as it is not toxic or fogs a mirror.
• How long before I get my VERITAS Monoblock Power Amps.
  2 days for the US. A little unknown for the rest of the world due to local customs. Usually in 1-2 weeks. Assuming the VERITAS Monoblocks are in stock. Order early!
• What will my spouse say?
  What a great deal!
• Can I get more then 2 Monoblocks under this program?
  You are limited to 100 Monoblocks per year.
• Can I get difference colors.
  Non-stock colors will take 4-6 weeks to get the color of your choice.
• What if my equipment is not working, can I trade-up.
  We are very sorry to hear that and you should do the trade up fast so you can listen to the VERITAS and get your system working again.

The chief constructor's dream was to obtain the "live music" effect at home. The dream came true after years of work on the Struss R550 the effect of live music with the particular associated system has been reached. Many owners of the Struss R550 amplifier confirm the above opinion. Also Russell Kauffman (Morel Europe) gave the R550 very good feedback, stating that today it is the best and the most powerful amplifier in the world (dual mono). The Struss R550 amplifier does not possess its own features. Instead, it reinforces exactly what it is given and gives out everything that the speakers can cope with. The "Ultra Series" is a no holds bar product for requiring the absolute best. In addition to all the features found in the Purity Silver Statement, the Ultra brings to the table further enhancements that bring the Ultra into a class of it's own.
The Ultra dual mono balanced linestage is a result of years of intensive research directed at attaining the most accurate reproduction of recorded music. Unique topology and application of the most advanced technological resources and processes bring the Purity Ultra to a threshold of excellence in sound reproduction that has yet to be experienced or equaled.
The Series II brings to the table not only a newly design aluminum chassis but also several enhancements to the circuit including new custom made balanced input transformers, highly regulated DC filament supplies (one per channel), new grounding scheme and a new layout design.
The new Series 2 circuit is optimized for both the 6SN7 and 12AU7 tube types. The 6SN7 octal tube sockets are standard on the Ultra series models and all units come equipped with Sophia Electric 6SN7 tubes. Also included is an adapter allowing you to start rolling 12AU7 tube types for even more versatility.
A distinctive feature of the Ultra GT setting it apart from it's competition is it's multiple large capacitance storage banks. Each of the two channels contains 12 large value polypropylene capacitors allowing the Ultra to provide the fastest and tightest dynamics available from a vacuum tube linestage. In addition to the large power rails, also featured in the Ultra is the use of multiple Bybee Quantum Purifiers per channel as well as the latest Bybee Music Rails. One Music Rail per power supply providing a dead quite, black background and ultra low noise floor.
To add to it's main features, the Ultra utilizes 100% silver transformer coupling at both the input and output stages on the GT version. All signal wire is a high grade solid core OCC silver. Transformer coupling output results in a low output impedance making for better integration with any type of amplifier as well as providing an uncanny sense of transparency and resolution Highest quality Dueland copper foil capacitors (with built in Silver bypass on the GT version) are used in the final stage of the circuit with all signal wire duties handled by “VH Audio OCC Silver AirLok” hookup wire. Attenuation is handled by a balanced autoformer design. The GT version brings to the table Silver Bybee purifiers feeding the inputs. Also available by special order are Pure Silver Autoformers for those who appreciate what a silver signal path brings to the table. Located at the output stages is two more pair of Silver Bybee Purifiers. Extraordinary transparency of perceived sound which in turn assures the recreation of a three dimensional soundstage.
The Ultra GT contains a total of 10 Bybee Quantum Purifiers. Four large units found in the power supply and 6 Silver Purifiers found in the signal path providing the absolute best in transparency, resolution and extension at the frequency extremes.
An additional feature of the Ultra is the use of a pair of secondary autoformers feeding the input of the tube circuit allowing for six different levels of output gain to match the Ultra with any power amp on the market. In addition to this feature, the Ultra also has the ability to run in full passive mode while still retaining full transformer coupling as well as the benefits of all the Bybee Purifiers in the signal path from input to output.
Extensive research, testing and listening led to unique, innovative design that achieves very low distortion and wide bandwidth without the need for negative feedback which destroys transient purity.
The full function remote handles volume, mute, balance, source select and phase as well as being able to completely turn off the display. The very precise autoformer attenuation provide 1dB increments.
The power supply is quite possibly the first of it's kind in the industry. The power supply contains a total of 12 large value polypropylene capacitors that make up the Ultra choke filtered power supply storage banks. Each of the two independent DC rails are then fed into Bybee Music Rails further reducing any potential residual noise.
Bybee Quantum Purifiers are installed in both legs between the transformer secondaries and the rectifying stage.
The Ultra's power supply provides what we believe to be the cleanest, most noise free B+ voltage found in most any audiophile product in the industry today.
