《柯達》公司(Eastman Kodak Company)才剛沉痛宣布停產有關數位相機、口袋攝影機和數位相框等商品，更令人訝異的是稍後《柯達》又對外宣布，停止三款廣受傳統相機迷喜愛的 「EKTACHROME」底片，分別是「E100G」、「E100VS」和「ELITE Chrome Extra Color 100」在內的彩色正片生產，幾乎等於宣布這傳統老牌逐漸走入歷史！

許多《柯達》底片愛用者聽到這個消息皆哀鴻遍野，因為《柯達》等於是把旗下的正片幾乎都停產了！雖然之前《柯達》曾向使用者保證未來會持續膠片生產的工 作，不過這些已經有77年歷史的彩色正片，仍因數位時代衝擊所造成的銷售下滑，在大量的顧客群流失壓力下，最終還是只能忍痛做出此決定。
目前可供應彩色正片，估計尚可再維持供應6至9個月，在那之後可能就真的要與陪伴傳統相機迷許久的《柯達》正式告別！

PS：昨天帶兒子去紐約參觀大學（所謂的college visit）。美國高中生升大學是用申請的，一般會選個5到10所學校（根據自己的學校成績，SAT的分數，興趣，等等）。我兒子想唸工程，所以我們去看Cooper Union (很不好進去呢！http://cooper.edu/about/news/cooper-...tive-fall-2012）。很小的學校，大學部只有1000個學生，免學費，但是吃住（紐約居，大不易！）和課本自理。雖然是復活節周末，實驗室裡還是好多學生在作東西（有幾個學生還在作汽車！從引擎開始作起！）。
早上六點開車出門，晚上快11點才回家。來回開了快500英哩（800公里），又走或站了好幾個鐘頭（地鐵有點擠，沒位子坐），好累:(
