The new DAC-M has the same topology as our NWO-M. It comes with AES/EBU, asynchronous USB and two Coaxial S/PDIF inputs.
Has 20 DACs per channel with AK4399 used in a very special mode that no one else knows about, resulting in significantly improved sonics. And yes, the DAC-M has transformer-coupled tube output stage featuring special custom Oxygen Free Copper Lundahl audio transformers, and pair of the vintage E182CC tubes.
The unique remote controlled H-Attenuator with 0.5dB step is also intact negating the need of a preamplifier. All-aluminum IR remote is included.
Just like the NWO-M, the DAC-M is an all-hand-made (including PCBoards population) and point-to-point wired boutique. The all-aluminum enclosure is made in Italy. Special, custom, oversized P-Core transformer is specifically hand-made for the DAC-M. Based on our tests, it outperforms any other type power transformer available.

這家德國做擴大機的前兩年就在慕尼黑音響展上引起我的注意，東西相當雄狀威武，也很精緻，不過主事者好像有點怪怪地，不太容易溝通，我想這也是這家公司沒有很多代理商的原因吧(HK有引進，不曉得怎麼搞定的)，希望有人可以把他們搞定，大家可上他們的網站看看嘍~~~

日本の新進ブランド、アラクラフト（ARACRAFT）がデビュー作となる小型スピーカー・システム「Tedius AL100ND」を発表した。ブラック・ヘアライン仕上げが施されたアルミニウム製エンクロージュアをまとう本機からは、精悍な印象を受けると同時に上質な道具が持つ品位を感じることができる。
このTedius AL100NDは、日本のオーディオ界において辣腕をふるった熟練クラフトマンによって設計されたスピーカーだ。つまり、第一線で知り得たノウハウを自らのブランドのためにコンパクトにまとめ上げた作品、といってもよい。
細部まで入念な設計がされ適材適所に厳選パーツを投入
エンクロージュアは、フロントとリアバッフル、ロの字型に押し出し一体成型された上下左右バッフルからなる3ピース構造となっている。
アルミ材の厚さは12mmとなっている。だから、手にとってみると、高さ20cm弱、横幅15cmに満たないサイズに比してずっしりと重い。
ユニットは、11.5cmの逆ドーム型ウーファーと、フロントバッフルを切削して作ったショート・ホーンに1.9cmコンプレッション・ドライバーを組合せたトゥイーターを搭載。バスレフポートはリア側に設けられている。
ウーファー、トゥイーターともに振動板をアルミ・マグネシウム合金製とすることで音色の統一が図られている上、両者とも磁気回路にネオジムマグネットを搭載している。クロスオーバー周波数は5.5kHz。
また、先述したエンクロージュアのロの字部分の内側には、意図的に高低差3mm程度のゆるやかな起伏がつけられている。この工夫により内部定在波の発生を抑えるとともに、十分な強度を確保することができたということだ。
サイズを超えたサウンド・スケープが広がる
季刊ステレオサウンド178号 に掲載された本機の試聴記において和田博巳氏は、サウンドキャラクターについては『陽性の明快な音』、音楽の表現力については『ピンポイントの定位やS/Nの高さ、広大な音場感はもちろんこのスピーカーの得意とするところ』と、記している。
多少オーバー・スペックであっても高品位なアンプをあてがうことで、このサイズのスピーカーが描出したとは思えないほどのサウンド・スケープが、眼前に広がることだろう。
小型スピーカー愛好者はもちろん、これから本格的なオーディオを始めたいという方にもおすすめできる逸品だといえる。コストパフォーマンスの高さも魅力的だ。

Audrilabs Novachord is an integrated amplifier based on a hybrid preamp running in class A. This preamp drives an analog class D power stage. The classic 6H30Pi Russian twin triode is the tube of choice because it works with very low resistor values in the signal path.
This design is free of global negative feedback and there’s only very little local negative feedback. There are two mono preamplifiers and two power amplifiers into one chassis.
Inside the Novachord there are four toroidal transformers. The power stage is fed by a huge 1.4KVA power toroid with a 88.000µF capacitor bank to generate 500 watts into 4Ω. Each preamplifier channel with its multi-layer circuit board has its own toroidal power transformer and separate power supply. The fourth transformer feeds the LCD, touch-screen management micro controller and tube heater supplies.
Volume attenuation is via a DACT 24-position stepper attenuator.
With its orange/black touch screen for input/bypass/setup selection and that lone multi-function master control, the Novachord presents an exceptionally tidy and modern face to the world.
Novachord has 3+1 RCA+XLR inputs and one pair of top-quality Furutech speaker terminals.
Power specs are 220/500w into 8/4Ω. Peak output current is 46A. Frequency response is 4Hz to 60kHz ±3dB. Damping factor is 1.500 @ 1kHz. Dimensions are 480 x 474 x 154 DxWxH.
