對阿! 這個更新要付費.....
本身好像CD就會被Upsample，更新後是同軸PCM輸入的訊號也能upsample.....就是說有了U-Clock，USB輸入後，U-Clock同軸給Puccini的PCM也能被Upsample到DSD
目前看來Puccini的功能是跟他的兩位老大哥一模一樣，只不過少了AES/EBU，跟比24/96還高的規格絕緣了，就不知以後還會不會有其他更新改變這個。

只能吃PCM的話能播放mp3嗎??或是靠什麼軟體可以達成嗎??
上次Mega有偷問dCS的Steven他這麼回我,我問他Puccini未來有沒有可以吃192Khz訊號的計劃,
We are currently working on enabling single wire 176 and 192 on both AES and SPDIF. I cannot give you exact timescales on this work at present but once complete it will support 192 on the SPDIF input on Puccini Player. We hope it will be later this year.
As I said before we are also evaluating a number of different chips that may support 176 and 192 on USB but again these solutions need to meet our specs in iterms of performance and ease of use before we will implement them.

基本上大部分的電腦播放軟體都是會轉為PCM出的，如電腦配有USB就連到U-clock再到Puccini，
其實有一種玩法可能比單純USB接U-clock好，就是音效卡配有同軸輸出及接收外置時鐘，音效卡同軸到Puccini，U-clock輸出時鐘信號給電腦的音效卡。
我是沒這樣玩過:):):)

不是啦! 也要看你用的音效卡....跟接線.......主要是USB不知道會比會比較好而已。
非同步USB主要也是解決jitter跟時鐘問題，那比USB理想的傳輸介面(SPDIF)跟時鐘輸入，都也能解決非同步USB能解決的問題，那聲音會不會更好呢? 疑問而已，沒有試驗過，好像聽過有人這樣玩......

最後一個問題...dCS的clock
在輸入的訊號是44.1或48之間,會需要再做手動切換嗎??
還是都是自動調整的呢??
印象好像在哪裡看過用USB的話會自動調整clock,有這回事嗎??
是的，會自動切換。
不過另一個問題就是從播放器轉到同軸inputs(有兩個)會鎖到clock，從不會失敗，不過從inputs轉回播放器有時候會lock不到clock，這時把clock關掉再開就ok了。
不過除了聽SACD，現在基本上沒有放CD播放了............
