　國家通訊傳播委員會（NCC）今天通過調降中華電信ADSL、光世代網路與Hinet上網服務費率案，降幅10%到41%，約有270萬用戶受惠；新費率自公告後1週實施。
　NCC指出，調整前後費率分別是：4M從新台幣899元降到799元，12M/3M從1100元降到899元，20M/4M從1389元降到939元，50M/5M從1700元降到999元，100M/10M從2200元降到1399元。1000608

國慶大禮！全台公共區域 皆有免費無線上網

建國百年國慶大禮首度曝光，交通部昨天透露，今年十月十日起，全台公共區域將開放無線上網服務，正式宣告無線網路成為「民生必需品」，希望兩個月後全台都能像台北市一樣能免費無線上網。



馬政府推動公共區域無線上網服務試辦計畫，近期緊鑼密鼓進行各單位WiFi系統建置工作，要趕在今年十月十日上路。
依行政院研考會規畫，九月底前行政院及所屬各級機關、公立學校及事業單位，需完成WiFi環境建置、單一認證系統整合及連網測試。民眾在全台洽公場所、熱門旅遊景點、國立大專院校、文教館及大眾運輸節點，未來都可以「走到哪、上到哪」。
交通部管理資訊中心主任施仁忠指出，全台各地郵局、車站、監理單位、機場、港口、高速公路休息站、觀光局旅遊服務中心等近兩千個交通部所屬單位，將全數提供免費WiFi服務。
「民眾帶著手機、電腦前往洽公時，就能享用免費網路，每人平均上網頻寬為五一二K。」施仁忠表示，近兩千多個交通部所屬單位目前正著手建置WiFi環境及單一認證系統，民眾只要登錄網頁並通過認證就能免費上網。
中華郵政董事長游芳來表示，目前全台郵局數目達一千三百廿四家，部分大型郵局都能上網，考量偏遠、離島郵局通訊環境受限，原則上會趁早準備、盡量配合。 台鐵管理局局長范植谷指出，台鐵有超過兩百個車站，初步規畫從台北、台中、高雄三大特等站，及基隆、桃園、嘉義、台南、屏東等卅三個頭等站率先執行。

DACチップは一般的な電流出力型ではなく電圧出力型となっています。
電圧出力型は出力回路がとてもシンプルに構成できるメリットがあり、音色をできる限り着色せずに出力信号を生成します。

dAC-200HDのアナログ出力はアンバランスとバランス、2つの出力があります。
アンバランス出力はフルバランス出力からアンバランスに変換し出力されます。

アナログ出力段はフルバランス回路によって構成され、192kHzに完全対応する100kHzの出力帯域を実現しています。

またパッシブフィルターを使用する事でDA変換の過程で発生するノイズを除去し、自然で広帯域なサウンドを実現しています。

一般的にDACではオーバーサンプリングによって発生する高周波ノイズを抑えるためにOPAMPやトランジスタを使用してアクティブフィルターを構成しますが、これが歪みの原因となっています。
dAC-200HDではこのノイズに対するため、パッシブ素子の一部を使用する事で高周波ノイズをブロックし、歪みの問題を解決しました。

Muto - Battery Powered HD DAC Our newcomer has been released under name: "MUTO" which is a Latin word and means: transform, exchange.
This is an internal battery powered HD DAC up to 24bit / 192kHz with two selectable digital (S/PDIF) inputs which are configurable 75 ohm BNC-BNC, BNC-RCA or RCA-RCA. The analog outputs are RCA. The Muto has two internal LiFePO4 batteries with 14-16 hours operation time. The whole charging process is automated. The recharging starts when the unit is switched-off or in case of switched-on and the level of batteries reaches the low state. The Muto has a unique discrete analog output stage in order to reach the ultimate audio performance.
