今年的展出場地更大了，又多了一棟出來：Halle 4 + Atrium 4 (原本為Halle 1~3、Atrium3)，展出面積由15,500m²增加到18,373 m²，展房也增加21間，變成83間

畢業於德國有名的The University of Music and Performing Arts Munich之兩個團體："Brass Experience"與"ContraBrass"也將在現場演出，時間為每天的12:00~17:00，在展場各地點不定時表演

跟2007年一樣，B&W的展房中也都請到知名歌手現場演出，2008年請到的是來自美國的Eugene Ruffolo，目前為Stockfisch Records旗下的藝人，剛剛發行了最新專輯："in a different light"，聲音工程師Günter Pauler 與 Hans-Jörg Muaksch 會在現場擔任混音工作，讓參觀者不僅聽到好音樂，同時也確保聲音很發燒

今年德國參展的廠商有154家，比去年少了3家，但德國以外參展的廠商有76家，比去年多了12家，整體為230家，比去年多了10家。

第一天

在入場前，發現了這個非常"貼心"的服務，可以寄放行李與外套，慕尼黑的還算有點冷，但展場裡有暖氣，人又多，因此可能是不需要穿外套的，尤其是我背著大包包與相機，再穿外套一定會很熱，因此當然將外套寄放是最方便的，不過這樣的服務可不是免費的，代價是Euro 1.5 ;(

第一天僅開放廠商，門票為Euro 30，可於展覽期間自由進出，另外有一本型錄，每本為Euro 10，可不是像台灣一樣是用送的，當然這裡也沒有展覽CD

剛發表不久的iCoral，為iPod Deck，訂價為Euro 2,500(原廠網站寫Euro 1,500?)，包括一支遙控器，若要將圖片裡的組合帶回家，代價是Euro 8,400，其中有一對Trigon的後級
